Our theme for this season is being easy on ourselves, with lots of self-love, music, clothing, and recipes that make us feel the good feels, because the more love we have for ourselves, the more love we have to share with others. Here are 5 things we love right now.
Wearing: plaid! From pants or dresses to this fabulous houndstooth plaid coat, we love this tried-and-true pattern for fall. Paired with white booties and your favorite jeans, this is one of our favorite look-good-feel-good outfits of the season.

Energy medicine has existed in varying traditions for thousands of years. It encourages pain relief; increased energy; restored optimism; reduced stress, depression, and anxiety; and promotes an overall sense of well-being.
Doing: meditation. We love using the Calm App, or simply taking 1-10 minutes a day for deep breathing and relaxation. Even a few moments of stepping back from the hustle and bustle of the day can be a huge mood-booster.
Eating: butternut squash chili, topped with avocado, scallions, and served with a side of homemade cornbread. Hello, hearty comfort food!
