Treasures from the Sea: Misa Jewelry

Misa Hamamoto, creator and designer of Misa Jewelry, is moved and influenced by the beauty of the natural world.

Growing up in Hawaii and Micronesia, Misa draws inspiration from her island upbringing and captures all its magic and romance in her newest collection.

With a passion for art and jewelry and a drive to create, Misa left her career in economics to follow her heart and what truly makes her feel happy and fulfilled.

Now based in Los Angeles, Misa’s work is a perfect balance of the serenity of nature and the energy of the modern city…and we just can’t get enough!

Misa sculpts each piece by hand using the ancient art of lost wax-casting, a meticulous process that transforms skillfully carved wax designs into solidified molten metal.

Nature’s beauty shines through each one of her hand-sculpted designs, and we swoon with every organic edge and glimmering stone.

Opals glow orange, like the light of the setting sun…

…sprigs of diamond leaves sway in the breeze…

…and pastel stones catch glints of light in all the colors of the sea.

We are so in love with the newest from Misa, and we hope you are, too! Explore more of her latest and greatest, here.
